Because many of ePUBLICITYpr.com users may send to a person one time and not save them in their database, it is harder to have our system automatically unsubscribe, unless the user is in our user's database. So to ensure that our site users know when a person wants to be removed from all future-mailings (because you can be unsubscribed and then the user on our site could add you back), we send to our user an e-mail as soon as a recipient clicks unsubscribe. This way, the user will know that this includes even one-time mailings (where you're not saved in our site user's database).

26. I have several artist accounts; can I manage them all in one place?
Unfortunately, because we offer so many great individual services in one account, we have to allow for the accounts to be set up per musician/artist. If we just offered EPK services, then it would be easier to manage multiple accounts. Since there are an abundance of features that are individual, yet interlink with one account, you will have to sign up for separate accounts for your artists at this time.
We are always looking to improving efficiency. For instance, if you post just a SEO (search engine optimized) press release for their account, it will instantly show up in their EPK - so it would be a standalone or a of your client's EPK. If you uploaded a song to your client's EPK, it will automatically show up as a standalone as well, and a of the EPK.
27. I don't want to do it myself - I just do not have the time...
